Quality assurance personnel monitor vehicle operations to ensure operators follow safety rules. Enable MetroAccess management to review potential unsafe situations. Aid Metro Transit Police after a call for help is made. Claims, litigation, subrogation and similar responses. For your safety and security, MetroAccess vehicles feature audio and video recording while carrying customers. In case of threatening or disruptive behavior aboard the MetroAccess vehicle or in an emergency, the vehicle operator can call the Operations Control Center using a radio to request help. Trips may be canceled with as little as two hours' notice without penalty. Please avoid calling to check on your ride before or during the pick-up window. To confirm or cancel a trip, you can speak with a customer service representative or you can use ourĪutomated system.
Call 30, press 2 for trip status, and then press 2 to speak to a customer service representative (TTY 30). MetroAccess customer service representatives are available during all MetroAccess operating hours.
